Hide sidebar issue

1. Hide sidebar using View -> Hide Sidebar.
2. Close Brackets.
3. Then reopen Brackets. Now sidebar should be hidden. But it comes to visible.

This was not the behaviour earlier. But i'm not sure in which release this issue started.

Note: I hope, i can fix this by PR if some committer is ready to accept.
