Dilato: Core: The download process bar disappear after reload the brackets

Test build: 1.13.0-17689-1053

Steps:

1. Open brackets 1.13
2. Click on Check for Updates
3. Click on Get it Now button --- Download will start and you can see the download status in status bar
4. Click Debug - "Reload With Extension" or "Reload Without Extension" or switch to another language
5. Click on Check for Updates -> Get it Now after reload

Result: After step 4, the download process bar disappear, but the download still in progress

Expect: The download process bar display after reload the brackets

@ZuoBaogang - This is not replicable, tried on WIn 7 64 bit JP.
Could you please mention the exact steps required to replicate this bug.

After reload the Brackets, it should still in downloading status that the issue would reproduce, if the build loaded completed before the reload operation, the issue may can't see. Suggest make a limit to the network speed and try. Thanks.
