Ungraceful Exit of New Brackets Window

Windows 7, Sprint 21 (and earlier versions, not sure how far back)

1. Launch Brackets
2. go to Debug -> New Brackets Window
3. Close the ORIGINAL brackets window, not the new one
4. both windows are closed and you get a Windows Error
   "Brackets has stopped working"
   "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."

It then gives you one option, to close the program. See attached image.

Doesn't seem to reproduce unless I have files opened in my new brackets window.
