It would be great to add this functionality to the Windows version of Brackets. When the application is closed but pinned in the Taskbar, right clicking the icon should allow some shortcut options before you open the app, or maybe a list of recently opened files (or recent projects would be more useful), such as the style used in the Office applications.

Again, just a suggestion. Thanks for making Brackets awesome!

Jump Lists are partially working now:

Implement Windows Explorer "Open with..." option (no .msi)
adobe/brackets-shell#299

Brackets [Windows Open With] Opening a file within Brackets doesn't add file to Jump List
