Save dialog should remember last location

1. Make two untitled documents
2. Save one and choose your home Documents folder as the location
3. Save the second one

Result: Save dialog has reset to project root

Expected: Should remember the last Save location, just as the Open dialog does.

(However, Save As should ignore this and still show the original file's location, as it does today)
