We need to discuss what version to integrate we should shoot for, and what pieces of this work we'll need to debug / test within the CEF/Chromium stack. Adding Waiting/Dependent label to split the work accordingly.

@FezVrasta CEF 2171 is integrated into Brackets 1.1, so you can try it in the prerelease build.
