From @rofe: we should also change the importer source URL to the IP of the WP instance, because the last step of going live will be the DNS change of theblog.adobe.com to fastly

This means change polling from https://theblog.adobe.com to https://192.40.113.16

I keep this one open until adobe/theblog#245 is resolved. Will need to validate the importer works afterward.
