VRT report should have directly link to each test page

Description

In our current VR report, when you hover your mouse on a scenario name, you will see a floating popover which includes a link to the test scenario. Currently, it points to an inaccessible URL. As we already upload and host the testing dev site. We should change it and point to a valid link.

Why do you need this feature or component?

Help the VR reviewer to be more productive. You can jump to the fail scenario with one click.
