In https://adoptingerlang.org/docs/development/otp_applications/#what-makes-a-lib-an-app there is a link to a configuration chapter ((see the Configuration chapter)), but gives 404.

Yeah, that chapter hasn't been written yet. I'll make the link/placeholder more obvious.
