docs: add steps to provision solaris machines in ESXi #2361

Mostly good, a few comments, and perhaps this should be in the doc
directory since it's not really related to ansible.
1. `Oracle Solaris` should boot by default or you can hit the enter button. | ||
1. Type `1` and then enter (Oracle Solaris Interactive default) | ||
1. Select the keyboard layout (in my case `UK-English`) and then hit `F2`. | ||
1. Press Enter in the screen test shell. |

Not sure what "Screen test shell" is but it may be worth pointing out that if the GUI interface comes up then it will eventually time out and go back to a command line instal which is likely less hassle :-)
Added extra direct suggestions - would be good to get this PR finalised |

Approving to make it disappear from the number of things in this repository :-)
We will likely not be using ESXi going forwards, but the information in here is still useful to retain as it can be utilised elsewhere.
