This uses pythonocc, which can import/export to popular formats like STEP.
Hopefully you're using pyenv (if not, please start using pyenv). Then install an anaconda environment, e.g. pyenv install anaconda3-5.2.0. Activate this environment locally with pyenv local anaconda3-5.2.0, and then conda install -c pythonocc pythonocc-core.
