The IAM policy hadn't been updated since automatic log group creation and the new naming system was added. Was confusing users in #15.

Years later, I confirm this PR fixes the following error:

aws ERROR: 2020/08/11 21:50:05 aws.go:143: Unable to get instance name tag DescribeInstances failed : UnauthorizedOperation: You are not authorized to perform this operation.
