A newer UI version is available

I just followed the instruction found here https://hoke.org/john/2018/05/the-hubitat-journey-continues-webcore/
to install a local version of the webcore dashboard.
The instructions seem to work fine but it seems that it is downloading an older version as I get the below message.

A newer UI version (v0.3.110.20191009) is available, please hard reload this web page to get the newest version

How can I get the latest version as obviously hard reloading the page doesn't work with it being local?

All sorted. Just realised that the instructions used a different download location. Used your location and all seems good now.
