Reported by a user via the forums. This issue occurs when Sync Clippings is turned on.
Steps to repro:
Open Clippings Manager
Select a folder containing clippings and subfolders, then copy that to the Synced Clippings folder
Results:
Not all the items in the copied folder make it to the Synced Clippings folder.
Also, when invoking the Clippings context menu on a web page textbox, the copied folder appears twice in the Synced Clippings folder.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue. I suspect this may be an intermittent issue, possibly related to asynchronous code handling clipping/folder moving and copying.
An attempted fix could involve making sure that any asynchronous actions during moving/copying is completed before writing to the sync file.
@RW-CarlH - You reported this issue in the forums (forum thread here) against Clippings 6.1 beta 1. I've only got around to looking into this bug now as I have been away the last few weeks. I'm having trouble reproducing this issue, and I can't remember exactly what I did to cause it to happen. Do you have specific steps to repro that causes the issue to occur? Is this happening consistently or intermittently?
