Edits to a copied synced clipping aren't saved to sync file

An issue discovered with editing a copied synced clipping. A fix for this issue should be ported to Clippings for Thunderbird.

Steps to repro:

1. Turn on Sync Clippings
2. Open Clippings Manager
3. Create a clipping and an empty folder under the "Synced Clippings" folder
4. Copy the clipping to the folder
5. Edit the copy; e.g. change the name, add a label
6. Reload the Synced Clippings folder

Result:
The edits from step 5 are lost.

Workaround:
Close and reopen Clippings Manager, and then edit the copied clipping.

This is because when the clipping is added to the Synced Clippings folder or its subfolders, the ID of the copied clipping isn't added to the synced clippings lookup list, gSyncedItemsIDs, in Clippings Manager.
