SVG created using Affinity Designer. I tried removing

but I couldn't figure it out.

You need to manually edit SVG with text editor to remove those, if that happens. And recommended to test the SVG on web browser, so it still works (to add SVG to browser: drag-and-drop, CTRL + O etc.)

Every method what I have tested most likely needs some manual text editing, exception is using Illustrator (CC) and "Export for Screens" saving (unless logo SVG had extra markup).
