The square is part of the logo, use "3 comma symbols" vector part to make shaped holes into the square.

Removed the alt, because it's not alternative logo for the brand (also guideline: "Always use logomark if brand is using one." / "If logo only has text ... use that instead."). If logo has both logomark and text, then the text cannot be alternative unless brand guidelines say otherwise and even then it's debatable.

I misunderstood your original response, I've gone ahead and made the requested change.

The original background color was incorrect as well so I corrected that, since I'm making another icon. I'll submit it once this one goes through, since it's a similar design.
