DBD Build Randomizer - Version 1.0.0

The first complete build of the project!

While this is by no means complex or impressive, it served as a fun project to do over the summer. It'll also serve useful when my friends and I want to leave our fates up to chance... hopefully others will find this useful too (or at least amusing).

I plan on updating this with every major patch where content is changed (chapter releases, significant add-on passes, etc.), so there will be updates in the future.
