Insert Link Buttons have the wrong order #1489

Describe the bug
The Insert Link alert shows OK and then cancel. It should be Cancel and then OK.

To Reproduce

Open a new comment or post
tap on the link icon above the keyboard
the alert shows OK and then cancel
