Create LaTeX \bibitem References from Bibtex File

This script converts BibTeX .bib entries to \bibitem entries for use in LaTeX.

How to use:

1. Put all the BibTeX references you have to a file called 'refs.bib'.
2. Put the script in the folder you have the 'refs.bib' file in.
3. Run script.
4. Profit.
