Two types of comparison will be needed.

  1. One dataset but plotting cells from with different metadata values (i.e. Age = 0,1,3 days vs Age=30 days)
  2. Two datasets, all cells (depends on loading two different loom files)

improved comparison tab with drag and drop da4ef2b
still a cross-exam option missing (if needed ?)
also mutliple datasets tbd
