Enhancement: Labels for frequency memories. #6

Suggestion:

Each band has memories for 4 frequencies. There is no obvious way to tell which one is being used.
Add a second line to the band selection buttons indicating which of the memories is being used.

The default label would be a single number or letter.
Allow user to change the label either in the GUI or by manually editing the user settings file.
Example:

Default might be:

[20m]
label0=a
label1=b
label2=c
label3=d

User might customize:

[20m]
freq1=14230000
label1=sstv

I havent seen this in any other radio, but it is a good thing to have. I will add it to the feature list
