ChangeList

Removed Duplicate code from AutoValueHandler
Created a factory class to create AutoValueHandler
Create HandlerValidator class to perform validations on the basis of ActionType
Created a couple of UtilClasses for independent methods performing operations on the basis of arguments passed in input.
Reduced the size of ActionValueFactory and ActionValueHandler classes.
