A computational model evaluates the effectiveness of rt-pcr testing using saliva or nasopharyngeal swaps.
The repository is complete and self-contained. The results are reproducible by running the provided Jupyter Notebook (model_results.ipynb), using a Julia kernel. The repository is shipped with package Manifest/Project files which indicate the exact versions of the packages used. Tested on Julia v1.4.
