Building

Requirements:

• Visual Studio 2015 (release version; some features of c# 6.0 are used)
• .NET 4.5 installed

If you wish to build the Windows Installer for the Quorum Windows service, it is recommended that you use Visual Studio 2015 and will need to install this extension:

Clone this repo, open the solution in VS, and build.
