i noticed this project is unlicensed, my recomendation is the Apache-2.0

I know very little about licensing, I try to keep away from it :)
But this project has very little code, very little effort required to reproduce this.
After a while it will be quite battletested though, as I use it myself.
So I'd like the most free license if any.
"do whatever you want, no restrictions" type license, maybe.

Apache-2.0 has very few restrictions (which IMO are good requirements)
