With no speed mods, arrow time is 2 whole notes (or 8 quarter notes). That's the time it takes for an arrow to scroll from the screen's bottom to its holder.

=> BPM formula is:

arrowTimeInMs = 60000 * 8 / (bpm * userMultiplier * songSpeedFactor)
