一些国内的系统为了省电，会拦截关联启动，而TTS在关闭本体APP后，其它APP调用时就是关联启动，而系统拦截了，不让其启动，就会出现启动失败没有声音，有点系统则直接启动系统自带的TTS服务，就是那种机械的声音了。

解决办法:在你系统设置里面允许TTS关联启动
