Agendav domain taken over #273

The Agendav website (http://agendav.org/) and docs (http://docs.agendav.org/) are not available anymore. It seems that the domain was taken over by a third party in november 2020.

The domain was pointing to GitHub Pages. So this could be https://agendav.github.io/agendav as well → needs adjustment in the settings.

There is also a readthedocs account set up https://agendav.readthedocs.io/
But it looks like there is no webhook set up.

I was able to remove the redirect in GitHub Pages → https://agendav.github.io/agendav is now available as website again

[FEATURE] 🏁 Remove GitHub Pages

It is not worth the effort to keep the website
up to date when there is little or now difference
to the README → redirect to GitHub README file.
