Related to #108

We need the Docusaurus FAQ page migrated to 2020.

We should have similar rules, with updated dates.

GatsbyJS has a module to handle markdown and other text data (also, from outside providers like contentful).

@zoyron Hey there. At this moment we have a brand new website (with no content and modules) using gatsby at gatsby branch. Also, feel free to make a PR back to this branch.

The path I see, as there's still no homepage, would be enabling the gatsby markdown module and pasting the content from https://github.com/agile-alliance-brazil/agile-brazil-hotsite/blob/gatsby/docs/faq.md to this markdown.
