This test programm uses the FSMC subsystem to use the
Dual-Port-RAM on NG-UAVP HW 0.30

This example program echoes data sent in on USART3.
(Connect RX/TX to PB10/PB11 on the discovery board)

The terminal settings for the receiving device/PC are 38400 8n1.

Compile using something along these lines:
PATH=$PATH:/opt/arm-ngos-eabi-gcc-4.6.4/bin
make
sudo make flash V=1
