Code to perform network analysis of smartphone app use, physical activity, and mood data collected before and during the Covid-19 pandemic

Analysis files (in R markdown format) are accompanied by synthetic data, generated using the R package synthpop.

R package version information for the original analysis is available in analysis/RsessionInfo.txt.
