Third time's a charm!

This PR:

  • updates faustgen2~ to current Faust (2.54.9) and Pure Data (0.53-1) versions
  • adds an option for double precision compilation which needs the latest pd.build version (in which I also made a PR for supporting PD_FLOAT64 compilation flag that has been merged by Pierre Guillot)

Thanks @YLB-YLB, and sorry for being so late with this. Merged manually with rev. 7e1ffdf (after rebasing on the current HEAD which already had the update to Faust 2.54.9).
