These are non programmer tasks, Things Joshua and I need to do. I have grouped them under the Data Pret and Client Communication milestone so as to not mix them in with programming stuff

This task has been complete and we are now receiving shapefiles etc from the various entities. The entities send them to Tami and she passes them along. Going into the future she will put them in Redmine.
