TODOs:

  • create an issue template
  • pull out the title (and other data) from the issue template and pass it into the script in the workflow
  • add a check to make sure that the user is part of a specific group? or at least not a bot
  • if we do add a check, create a slash command that admins can run to approve the creation of the PR
