Vivaldi 2.6 and above:
- Open vivaldi://experiments
- Enable "Allow for using CSS modifications"
- Open Appearance section in settings
- Choose the folder you want to use for Vivaldi UI CSS modifications
- Check out this repository to that folder
- If using Windows, run install.bat. If using other OS create hard link in similar way on other OS
- Restart Vivaldi to see them in effect
