Plugin that recieves mqtt messages regarding the level of water in water tanks and displays it on the homepage

Copy the following files according to the instructions:

water_tank.py -> SIP/plugins/water_tank.py

water_tank.html -> SIP/templates/water_tank.html

water_tank-docs.html->SIP/static/docs/plugins/water_tank-docs.html

water_tank.js->SIP/static/scripts/water_tank.js

water_tank.js->SIP/static/css/water_tank.css

water_tank.manifest -> SIP/plugins/manifests/water_tank.manifest
