Supplementary code associated with "An orthogonal metabolic framework for one-carbon utilization"
Contains the scripts used to conduct the underlying analysis supporting the findings of the work. The repository contains two files:
- MDFScriptShared.mlx – the MATLAB script used to conduct MDF calculations;
- FBAC1pathways.m – the MATLAB script used to conduct the FBA analysis. Requires COBRA Toolbox, the Gurobi solver, and iML1515 (http://bigg.ucsd.edu/models/iML1515).
