Added a --debug and --logging flag for the ubxtool command line. These provide control of the both the debug output and the binary device logging. The logging file is not that useful for remote data collectors who are just feeding data over the web. Once accepted; a Debian systemctl script can be update and ubxtool can run in the read-only mode.
