The prompt is not up to date with the totality of the keys we have decide to extract from the label.

Tasks:

Change prompt.txt so it extracts all the keys we need.
Fix the tests so they are adapted to the new keys.

Acceptance Criteria:

All the tests should pass.
The prompt needs to return a valid JSON.
The backend must be able to run.
The frontend should be compatible with the new form.
