With PostCSS now we can support. @InterPaul remember me about it and I open original issue :).

With PostCSS we was able to fix one of first Autoprefixer issue :).

Now Autoprefixer can generate visiual cascade with cascade: true option: e4f151e

Maybe in 1.2 it will be by default.
