Build of the Firestorm Viewer + P373R VR Mod using Github Actions.

WARNING: VERY EXPERIMENTAL / PERFORMANCE VARIES -- Modern VR HMD systems have async reprojection (which helps prevent low frame rate nausea), but as it stands right now, accessing SL/OpenSim in VR mode is only for the very brave.

Notes:

• App name has been changed to "FirestormVR" so installation can exist side-by-side with stock Firestorm.
  • app settings stored in user folder AppData/Roaming/FirestormVR_x64
  • cache stored in user folder AppData/Local/FirestormVROS_x64
• Linux build now compiles, but entering into VR mode on Linux via SteamVR has not yet been tested.
