Aidphp Http Middlewares

This repository contains the following middlewares:

• ContentMiddleware inject the Content-Type and Content-Length header into a PSR-7 ResponseInterface headers.
• SenderMiddleware to send a PSR-7 ResponseInterface headers and body.
• FormContentMiddleware to decode the URL-encoded content of a PSR-7 RequestInterface.
• JsonContentMiddleware to decode the JSON content of a PSR-7 RequestInterface.
