Be able to bind together WFS, WCS and WMS services together

Allow data sources to be defined as a set of related services so that for a given layer there is a greater range of actions that can be performed on the data. This will allow a layer to have CQL filtering to be applied then extraction and download of the data in a variety of formats using a linked WFS or WCS service.

The Atlasmapper already does service linked with WMTS and WMS. This enhancement is linking a greater range of services associated with a layer then expressing these added capabilities in the client.
