This repository contains the materials for the short course offered at the Society for Epidemiologic Research's Annual Meeting in Minnesota, June 2019. There are two ways to download the course materials. If you are familiar with git/GitHub, simply run the following on the command line:

Alternatively, you can download a zip file containing all the documents for the short course by navigating to https://github.com/ainaimi/gMethods_Intro, clicking on the green "clone or download" button above, and downloading the .zip file to your computer.
