Why not, I have not touched it for some time so aiohttp should be updated and so on. Also I will probably moved this project to aio-libs

I think @asvetlov would be glad to accept aiohttp_sse into aio-libs.

P.S. Before publishing on PyPI it's better to rename project from aiohttp_sse to aiohttp-sse as pep8 recommends (see this for reasoning).
