The default value of the
--shortoptionalsrule was changed fromalwaystoexcept-propertiesin nicklockwood/SwiftFormat@5ec0a94.In anticipation of this change, let's explicitly list the
--shortoptionals alwaysoption. This preserves the existing behavior of thetypeSugarrule.
