When swiping in a plot on mobile the tooltip positioning seems to glitch and the tooltip moves to corner of the plot.

To recreate -
On https://airbnb.io/visx/tooltip switch to responsive mode and swipe on the plot as you would on a mobile device while holding the left mouse button or just try it on a mobile device
