Congratulation for your hard-work & smart work.
Few suggestions :

1. Please allow to insert the html tag in question & option.So we can make this jeopardy media rich ( image/audio/video ) and html tag like superscript/subscript so we can use this jeopardy in chemistry/maths etc.

2.None of the jeopardy in internet is storing the state of jeopardy i.e. it remembers the question is used.(Since this is very useful since this is browser based game so chance of accidental refresh.)

3. Multiplayers with score.

Thanks for desktop & mobile oriented jeopardy in Open Domain like Github.
