Added basic https support for the library. As I use errbit and my hosting has a signed ssl certificate, this works out well for me. I've added the option to disable the peer authentication to enable self-signed certs. I'm not sure about the ssl-on-by-default setting, as I do not know if airbrake.io supports ssl anyway.
